Tuesday, 4 October:
Congratulations !!! Four members and two Sherpas of DAV Summit Club EXSOSP Mt.Shishapangma Exp.Autumn 2011 reached the top of Mt.Shishapangma (8027m) this morning.
 
Sunday, 2 October:

Climbing members and sherpas are going for summit on 4 Oct.

 
 
Thursday, 22 September:Four members of the expedition are at camp 2 with the climbing sherpas for acclimatization. Three members are at advance base camp for rest and recuperation.
 
DAV SUMMIT CLUB EXSOSP Mt. Shishapangma (8027m) Expedition with leader Mr. Gernot Mag Podmenik  ( Austria )Mr. Helfried Mag Jedlaucnik  ( Austria ), Mr. Andreas Ing Bamberger ( Austria ), Mr. Peter Ing Braunsperger ( Austria ),  Ms. Sylvia Winistorfer ( Swiss ), Ms. Ursula Leeb ( Austria ),  Ms. Petra Mag Petrakovits ( Austria ) flew to Lhasa on 3 - September. They will be joined at the base camp with High Altitude Climbing Sherpas Nima Gyaljen Sherpa and Kami Sherpa.
Base Camp cook : Kali Bahadur Basnet.
