Eco Everest Expedition 2009

Yury, Thukten and Nima Kanchha at the Hillary Step

Three of the Eco Everest Team are nearly at the top. Thukten just told me that they climbed over the hillary step and are less than an hour from the summit. Apa, Nic, Krushnaa, Gyalu, Pasang and Phurba are still behind but make progress.
